PMSM Admission Criteria

The PMSM program has been developed specifically for individuals with management and leadership potential. During the selection process, the admissions committee evaluates an applicant’s potential based on many factors including managerial experience, professional character, leadership qualities, degree of motivation, and demonstrated scholastic ability. These factors are assessed through work experience, academic records, recommendations from others, and a personal interview. Specific admission criteria include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university or institution with a 3.0 GPA in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work.
  • Minimum of two years of full-time professional experience.
  • Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or GRE
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Essay
  • Resume
  • Interview
