PMBA Admission Criteria
The PMBA program has been developed specifically for individuals with management and leadership potential who will carry the knowledge learned to better the business community and add a competitive advantage to their companies. During the selection process, the admissions committee evaluates an applicant based on many factors including managerial experience, professional character, leadership qualities, degree of motivation, and demonstrated scholastic stability. These factors are assessed through work experience, academic records, recommendations from others, and a personal interview.
Specific admission criteria include:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university or institution with a minimum 3.0 GPA in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work
- Minimum of three years of full-time, progressive, work experience
- Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
- Three letters of recommendation
- Essay
- Resume
- Interview
