EMBA Admission Criteria

The EMBA program has been developed specifically for individuals with management and leadership potential. During the selection process, the admissions committee evaluates an applicant's potential based on many factors including managerial experience, professional character, leadership qualities, degree of motivation, and demonstrated scholastic stability. These factors are assessed through work experience, academic records, recommendations from others, and a personal interview. Specific admission criteria include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university or institution with a minimum 3.0 GPA in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work
  • Minimum of five years of full-time, progressive, managerial experience
  • Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
  • Steady career progress; pattern of existing career path with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Essay
  • Resume
  • Interview
