PMRE Admission Criteria

The PMSM program has been developed specifically for individuals interested in pursuing or growing their careers in residential or commercial real estate and related industries. During the selection process, the admissions committee evaluates an applicant's potential based on many factors, including work experience, professional character, leadership qualities, degree of motivation and demonstrated scholastic ability. These factors are assessed through work experience, academic records, recommendations from others and a personal interview. Specific admission criteria include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university or institution with a 3.0 GPA
  • Minimum of two years of full-time professional experience
  • Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or GRE
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Essay
  • Resume
  • Interview
