PMRE Curriculum
The Professional Master of Science in Real Estate is an AACSB International accredited 30 credit-hour graduate program. The PMRE curriculum, which extends across a 16-month period, combines a professional business core (which consists of finance, accounting and marketing courses) with advanced coursework specifically related to real estate. Students participate in an orientation day and attend all classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings at the UCF Executive Development Center in downtown Orlando.
