COBA PASS / USS Student Planner

Login instructions

You MUST be a College of Business student to sign-up for a COBA PASS.

Complete all the following steps to access COBA PASS and the NEW online student planner.
Download and view the How-To Guide for the student planner.

  1. 1. Enter your student NID into field 1. Your NID is all letters or 2 letters followed by 6 numbers, e.g., ab123456 , jdsmith

  2. 2. Enter your UCF-Card ISO into field 2. Your ISO is the last 8 digits on your UCF-Card. Please refer to the pictured sample below.

  3. 3. Enter your Knights Email into field 3. A confirmation will be sent to your Knights Email account. Please verify that your email is entered correctly or you will not receive your confirmation.
