Robert B. Case.A member of UCF’s charter class, Bob retired in 2000, as president of Sears Termite & Pest Control, a totally owned subsidiary of Sears, Roebuck and Company, specializing in residential termite protection and general household pest services in 17 states and Puerto Rico.  During his tenure, the company grew from $47 million to $120 million in annual revenue.

Prior to joining the organization, he served in a variety of management positions with Sears Roebuck and Company and received many awards throughout his career.  While less than one percent of Sears suppliers ever receive the Sears “Partners In Progress” Award, Bob won the honor an unprecedented six consecutive times.

Since his retirement, Bob has started a new venture, R B Case Consulting, Inc.  The mission of his new company is to provide strategic development services to senior executives of emerging growth firms.

Bob continues to stay involved with UCF.  He is an evaluator on the MBA Candidate’s Strategic Analysis, a judge for strategic analysis competition for graduating seniors and is a member of the Dean’s Executive Council.  In addition, he has served as an Executive-in-Residence.
