Palmer Barton Weeks, Jr., ’83 and ‘84, Vice President, A. Duda & Sons
Weeks was hired as an economic analyst at A. Duda & Sons in 1984. He is still with the company, and has held a series of financial and economical positions, each with increasing responsibility. A. Duda & Sons is a leading grower, shipper and marketer of fresh and processed vegetables and citrus, as well as sod, sugar cane and cattle. The organization is known for being a responsible developer of commercial and residential properties.
Both his undergraduate and graduate degrees are in Economics. He was very active while attending UCF and served on the student government, President’s Leadership Council and was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and Sigma Chi Fraternity. He has continued his involvement with UCF after his graduation. He is a past president of the UCF Alumni Association, a member of the Sigma Chi Alumni Association, and serves on the CBA Economics Department Advisory Board.
