Dixon received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting in 1975. He began his career with Price Waterhouse the same year. He entered the real estate business in 1987 and currently develops and manages affordable apartment communities throughout Central Florida with developer Tommy Tompkins. He serves as president and CEO of Leland Enterprises, Inc., a management and development company based in Kissimmee, FL. Additionally, he operates the Kenneth G. Dixon Foundation, Inc.
