Assaf received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting in 1970, UCF’s charter class. Upon graduation, she joined Arthur Young & Company and earned her CPA designation. She has held positions at several other prestigious organizations such as Sensormatic Electronics and Boca Bank. Today, she is a community leader and philanthropist. She and her husband Ron have won numerous awards for their philanthropic and community work.
