Paul E. Ryan, '83, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers
Ryan earned his B.S.B.A. in accounting in 1983. He has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse) for 23 years. He began his career in the Orlando office, but has since relocated to their national headquarters in New York City. He was named a partner in the firm in 1996, and has led the New York real estate tax practice since 1998. The New York real estate tax practice consists of 60 professionals dedicated to serving the tax compliance and client consulting needs. In his position, Ryan works with real estate advisors and investors around the world, and has extensive experience in dealing with in-bound investment by foreign government and foreign high-net worth investors.
