Stanley C. Horton, President and Chief Operating Officer, Cheniere Energy, Inc.
Horton earned his B.S.B.A. in finance in 1973. He has more than 30 years experience in the natural gas and energy industry. Currently, he is president and chief operating officer of Cheniere, Inc., a Houston-based energy company engaged in the development of Liquefied Natural Gas receiving terminals in North America, as well as exploration and production in the Gulf of Mexico. Prior to joining Cheniere, he held senior management positions at several other energy companies including serving as president and chief operating officer of Southern Union’s CrossCountry Energy and Panhandle Energy companies. Additionally, he was president of Northern Natural Gas, Transwestern Pipeline, and Florida Gas Transmission.
