Craig S. Miller, '74, President and CEO, Uno Restaurant Corporation
Miller spent the first 11 years of his career with General Mills. In 1984, he joined Uno Restaurant Corporation, owner and franchiser of Pizzeria Uno Chicago Bar and Grill. He was named president of the corporation in 1986 and chief executive officer in 1996. He has been instrumental in the development and repositioning of the company. He is a member of the CBA Dean’s Executive Council and won the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the UCF Alumni Association in 2001.
Please note, since his induction, Craig has been named president and CEO of Furr’s Restaurant Group in Dallas, TX. Furr’s operates 92 cafeterias and buffets in 11 midwestern, southwestern and western states.
