 As a real estate broker, investor and consultant, Jerry has researched, qualified, negotiated and bought or sold over $100 million in real estate investment since 1972. He has almost 30 years experience in the real estate field. In addition, he is an investor and venture capitalist for numerous young or start-up companies. He has won several awards from UCF, and is past president of the Alumni Association. He is a member of the CBA Dean’s Executive Council and past president of the UCF Foundation Board of Directors.
