John D. Vander Werf, '77, President and Owner, Technapack, Inc.
John finished his degree in just three years and at age 20, began his career in Johnson & Johnson's industrial division selling Permacel tape. He has held several other positions within the industry and has been extremely successful. Currently, he is the president and owner of Technapack, Inc., a company based in Oregon that specializes in protective packaging. Though John no longer resides in Florida, he remains loyal to his alma mater. He is a member of the College of Business Administration's Dean's Executive Council and has served as a judge in the Capstone Competition.
