Michael F. McArdle, '87, President, Southeast Commercial Development, Inc.
 Mike received his B.S.B.A. in finance in 1987. He began his successful real estate career by opening the central Florida office for Opus South Corporation. Nine years later, he left as vice president to start Southeast Commercial Development, Inc. In his current position as president of the company, he oversees commercial real estate development throughout the southeast United States. Mike was instrumental in establishing the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate.
