MIS Degree Program Information
People attracted to MIS enjoy solving puzzles, being involved in creative tasks, are comfortable around technology, and like change. Skills required for success in MIS are analytical thinking, good oral and written communication, and teamwork. MIS professionals often deal with a number of tasks simultaneously, therefore the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to details is important. Therefore, our curriculum places significant emphasis on developing the student's writing and speaking skills and learning through team projects.
We have degree programs for undergraduate students seeking their Bachelor's degree (BSBA), and degree programs for graduate students seeking a master's degree in MIS (MS/MIS). Our graduate programs are uniquely designed to allow for successful completion of a master's degree. Students may find our Professional Masters in Management Information Systems to be an excellent opportunity to acquire this degree at a uniquely, accelerated pace.
