Our program is specifically designed to educate our graduates to walk into the jobs of Business Analyst (Software Implementation) and Software Designer/Developer, and to grow into jobs such as Systems Administrator or Database Administrator within a few short years. Our MS/MIS students are being educated to immediately assume these positions, as well as chief technology officer positions, in the near future.

Welcome to the Management Information Systems (MIS) Web site. The MIS degree program focuses on the business processes of organizations and the information technology utilized in those organizations. MIS students learn to design, implement, and maintain effective information systems in organizations.

We are excited about the many lucrative employment opportunities that exist for our MIS graduates at both the undergraduate level and from the Masters program. We have a long history of encouraging our students to utilize internships and the cooperative education program to gain valuable work experience before they graduate. It enhances their employment prospects greatly. The average starting salary for a B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems (MIS) is $46,300.00. Typical position titles include: Business Systems Analyst, Web Designer, Project Management Intern, and Network Administrator. Firms employing our MIS graduates include: Lockheed Martin, Siemens, Hewitt, Oracle, Disney and Universal among many others.
