About Kenneth G. Dixon

kenneth G. DixonKenneth G. Dixon is a 1975 alumnus of the UCF School of Accounting. In December 2004, he donated more than $2.5 million, which grew to $5 million with a state match. The gift created the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting. To date, this is the largest single cash gift received by the College of Business Administration, and the university's largest donation from an alumnus.

Dixon, who also has a Management degree from the University of South Florida, began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1975. He entered the real estate business in 1987 and along with developer Tommy Tompkins, develops and manages affordable apartment communities throughout Central Florida. Currently, he serves as President and CEO of Leland Enterprises, Inc., a management and development company based in Kissimmee, Florida, and is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs as well as the American Institute of CPAs.
